A man tried in Santiago del Estero by hitting to your partner after a “seer” to tell him what was misleading, was sentenced in the last hours three-year suspended prison sentence, at the time urged him to start a treatment against alcoholism.
The judgment was endorsed yesterday by judge Ana Cecilia Vittar, to approve a short trial between the prosecutor Cecilia Gómez Castañeda and the defense.
The fact originated weeks ago, when Roberto Avellaneda flew into a rage upon learning that his partner, Miriam Esther More, tricked him.
The “tremendous news” didn’t get it personally, but it was revealed by a seer of Thymine, a town in the department of Moreno, in the northwest of the province of Santiago del Estero.
Without anything more than “check”, Avellaneda, she starred in two acts of violence, for which he was denounced by “threats, minor injuries qualified and threats rated”, published the journal The Liberal.
In the following weeks, there ensued a spate of incidents, which also suffered his children. To be informed, Gómez Castañeda imposed a disparate and ordered the arrest of Avellaneda.
On completion of the investigation, both parties agreed to a short trial, based on the recognition of guilt of Avellaneda.
From that vital requirement, Vittar sentenced him to three years suspended prison sentence, under penalty of relapse into violence, will return behind bars. It was also excluded from the home and will have to comply various rules of conduct.
The most important, not to approach the victim (for three years), without attempting any contact via cell phone or other electric device or social network.
Gómez Castañeda and Vittar urged to Avellaneda to start a treatment against alcoholism in the hospital of Thymine.
